Rachel Deitemeyer

Rachel Deitemeyer serves as Principal and Finance Director at Comunidad Partners. She is responsible for the financial components of the company, including tax strategy, financial management, treasury management and risk management.

In addition, she facilitates investor reporting and is instrumental in the strategic direction of the company. What makes her work meaningful is that Comunidad’s core values and social impact focus are not just aspirational words on a screen but practices she sees colleagues put to use daily to lift up underserved communities.

“Community has always been where my heart is,” Rachel says. “Growing up, my family always had a spirit for community and supporting those in need.” She’s grateful that her professional path offers the opportunity to combine her experience and talents with her passion for investing in people.

Rachel notes that there are few owner-operators in the U.S. who do what Comunidad does. “We’re excited about our ability to scale and positively impact families across the country and see it as a responsibility to support other groups and partners to help them realize those benefits in their communities.”

Previously, Rachel worked with Biomed in San Diego, the United States Department of Agriculture and Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held insurance company. She graduated from the University of Nebraska.
