Catherine Lucchesi

Director — Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG)

Catherine Lucchesi serves as Director of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) at Comunidad Partners. She leads the company’s ESG efforts, driving both business and societal value. This includes creating and executing a global ESG strategy, leveraging data-driven approaches to improve ESG impact, and implementing social impact programs designed to enhance outcomes for various stakeholders in the area of equity, economic advancement, health & wellness and education. Catherine also works alongside Comunidad’s nonprofit partners to drive key outcomes for its residents.

As a 100% women and minority-owned business, Catherine recognizes the importance of being part of a team that has a multitude of diverse backgrounds and experiences which better help to relate to and reflect the people Comunidad serves.

“Every day I am inspired by our social impact team to better serve the residents of Comunindad communities,” Catherine says. “My grandfather immigrated to the US at the age of thirteen and was able to provide incredible opportunities for his five children and thirteen grandchildren, despite having only a third grade education.”

“I hope every day that my work can help provide others with those same opportunities,” she adds.

Prior to joining Comunidad Partners, Catherine served as the Director of Communications and Programming at I Live Here I Give Here, where she provided strategic and technical CSR support to over 120 corporate partners and foundations.

Catherine holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas with a concentration in Finance and ESG and a BA in art history from New York University. A passionate volunteer and advocate, she also serves on the boards of Pease Park Conservancy, Austin Speech Labs, is the Impact and Innovation Chair of the Keep Families Giving Foundation and is a Young Patron of Yellowstone Forever.
