Angela Miller

Angela Miller serves as the Director of People, Process & Culture for Comunidad Partners. Responsible for developing and leading the HR Department, Angela oversees employee relations, payroll administration and employee benefits.

For Angela, who has a passion for supporting a work culture with a strong allegiance to social responsibilities and initiatives, joining the Comunidad team was the perfect fit. She is dedicated to promoting company goals, objectives and values and prioritizes building employee trust.

Prior to joining Comunidad, Angela was the Director of Human Resources for Sparrow Capital Partners in Austin. She has also worked for the Hill Country Community Action Association and Morven Partners. Angela attended Central Texas College and received her Human Resources Management Certification from the University of Texas.
