Jim Howard

Jim is an experienced real estate and operations executive with deep expertise in the residential asset class, including affordable housing. Most recently, he’s been Head of Investment Operations at Cardinal Group Investments. Jim was previously a Partner, and Head of Asset Management & Marketing at Carmel Partners, and spent over 15 years with GE Capital Real Estate, holding senior positions in both Risk and Asset Management. With more than 25 years in the real estate industry and with a CPA background, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Comunidad Partners.
