Rob Harris

Rob Harris serves as Head of Asset Management & Operations at Comunidad Partners. He oversees the firm’s Asset Management, Impact, Capital Projects, and Property Management teams, while partnering closely with the Investment team on underwriting and evaluating new opportunities. Rob also maintains responsibility for critical operational disciplines, including insurance, property taxes, and valuations, supporting disciplined execution and long-term portfolio performance.

Rob brings more than two decades of experience, including leadership roles guiding high performance teams at nationally recognized private equity real estate firms.  Over the course of his career, he has overseen over $10 billion in investments, encompassing nearly 50,000 multifamily units and millions of square feet across office, industrial, and retail assets.

With deep experience in asset management, value-add repositioning, negotiations, and operations, Rob’s leadership applies a disciplined, hands-on approach to driving performance and maximizing value across the firm’s portfolio.
