Angela Miller serves as Head of Corporate Operations, People & Strategy at Comunidad Partners, where she oversees the firm’s internal operating platform, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. She is responsible for aligning human capital, governance, and operational infrastructure with the firm’s investment objectives and long-term growth strategy.

As a strategic leader of the organization, Angela shapes performance culture, leadership accountability, talent development, and organizational alignment across all business facets. Her work ensures Comunidad’s platform is well-positioned to scale with discipline, transparency, and resilience while remaining deeply committed to its social impact mission.

She previously served as Director of Human Resources at Sparrow Capital Partners and held longstanding leadership roles with Hill Country Community Action Association to include Director of Affordable Housing. These roles have provided her with extensive experience across multifamily housing and community-focused organizations.
