Comunidad Partners Acquires 304-Unit Roswell Apartment Community

Workforce and affordable housing investment firm Comunidad Partners has acquired Oaks at Holcomb Bridge, a 304-unit apartment community in Roswell, GA. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 700 Old Holcomb Bridge Road, the property features a suite of amenities including grilling areas, a playground, sports court and resident business center. Comunidad Partners plans to implement a series of interior and exterior renovations to the community. The property is Comunidad’s eighth acquisition in the Atlanta market
